1. Service Description

Jaideepass provides a technical platform and management service that facilitates the formation and administration of user groups for the digital subscriptions, in accordance with the terms of the original service provider.

2. Accounts

When you purchase a service from us, you may be required to provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your service.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to alter account credentials (such as password or email) on shared accounts, as this violates the terms and may lead to service termination without a refund.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5. Independent Platform Disclaimer

JaideePass is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the third-party service providers whose plans are managed through our platform. All product and company names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Our use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you make a purchase. This may include your email address and any account-specific information (e.g., username) required to fulfill the service, Payment transaction data is handled securely by our third-party payment processors.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies globally to all digital subscription services and membership products sold through our website. To help customers and payment platforms clearly understand our rules, the terms below explain when cancellations and refunds are available.

1. Scope and Basic Rule

Because our products are digital services, physical returns are generally not applicable after delivery. However, customers may cancel an order before delivery, and may request a refund after delivery only under the eligible conditions described below.

2. Pre-Delivery Cancellations and Refund Requests

  • Before delivery: Orders may be canceled before the product or service has been delivered.
  • Within 30 days of purchase: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period are generally not eligible for a refund.
  • How to request: Contact us with your order number, purchase email address, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

After delivery, refunds are available only in limited circumstances.

Eligible cases:

A refund may be granted if the service cannot be delivered or activated as described, becomes invalid or unusable due to a verified issue on our side that we cannot resolve, if the customer was charged more than once for the same order, or if the customer purchased the wrong product and contacts us promptly before meaningful use begins.

Refund calculation and fees:

Approved refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the unused portion of the subscription term. For example, if a 12-month subscription becomes unusable after 7 months and we cannot resolve the issue, the customer will be refunded for the remaining 5 months. Each refund request is subject to a standard processing fee. For subscriptions used for more than 30 days, a service fee equal to 15% of the full subscription value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund timing and method:

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Actual posting times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The product or service has been delivered and is functioning as described; the customer changes their mind; or the product matches the product-page description but the customer expected something different based on their own misunderstanding.
  • The issue is caused by the customer’s device, local network, region restrictions, account environment, or by third-party platform rules, restrictions, or policy changes outside our control.
