Catalog sizes change as licenses change. Catalog size does not determine borrowing ease; availability depends on cardholder demand.

Coverage & Purchase Notes
- Dedicated card: Each card is for one customer and is not shared.
- Validity: Expiration dates vary, but we guarantee at least 12 months.
- Manage it: Can check the expiration date and manage the card on the library website.
- Usage: For Libby access only.
- Refunds: Once a working card is delivered, non-quality-related refunds are not accepted.
How It Works
- Choose a Library: Select the city that you want to use.

- Receive Your Card: We send the card number and password to your order email.
- Start Reading: Open Libby, search for the selected library, choose “Sign In With My Card,” and enter the delivered details.
Coverage
Every card is covered for at least 12 months from delivery. Contact us if the card expires earlier or develops a verified product issue during that period.
